Initial Meeting
Before an initial meeting, homeowners complete a garden questionnaire, a starting point for design exploration.
Once onsite, Mardi explores initial ideas about the garden she could help you create. Following this meeting, potential clients receive a fee proposal for design and project management services.
Conceptual Planning
Mardi considers foot and car traffic patterns, functionality, the sun and microclimates, slope and plant material when developing your design. Carefully considered design options are presented, to help homeowners envision the possibilities.
Final Design
Your final design will include all the details needed to create your garden: a master plan for the entire site, hardscaping specifications, a comprehensive plant list, elevation drawings and construction details.
