A new modern home was built with almost no regard to integrating the house to the landscape. The large-scale rubble used for erosion control and left by the builder was replaced with a meandering dry stream bed of native river rocks, lush plantings, a stone bench, and a natural boulder bird bath. The bridge to the front door now offers a beautiful journey.
