This house had no access from the front of the house to the street and needed an inviting pedestrian approach to provide a clear path to the front door. The design re-oriented the front porch access to face the street, created user friendly traffic patterns, highlighted local stone artisans, and included planting for year-round interest. The result is a beautiful and enlivened space that homeowners and guests delight in using.
