This infill property was so steep that the owners had no way to use their small parcel and invasives covered the entire area. A series of timber and steel retaining walls were used to created flat areas connected by a meandering path and cut stone steps. The result is a beautiful, lush hillside garden that offers privacy from a busy street, a variety of flowers and shrubs for arranging, beautiful views from the interior, and usable outdoor space when there was once none.
